About the position:

Currently, we are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our Business Development team in the Lower Mainland. Reporting to the BD Manager, this role is specific to the sales of Managed Systems.

The primary purpose of this role will be to seek out new, profitable, opportunities as well as manage and nurture existing relationships within the recurring revenue related to Managed and Integrated Systems. Primary Role will be focused on growing our Remote Camera Security Solutions and Managed Access solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential business opportunities
  • Pursue, develop and assist with new opportunities
  • Create and maintain sales funnel for those opportunities
  • Communicate, contribute and coordinate with all appropriate branches and divisions on a regular basis
  • Develop and foster new strategic accounts
  • Manage and maintain client communication
  • Review strategic quotes for presentation quality and market pricing
  • Actively work to maintain and foster existing partnerships

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, previous experience in the construction industry an asset
  • B2B sales experience
  • Proven ability to sell and achieve sales targets
  • Exceptional people skills and a proven team player
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Knowledge of basic business principles
  • Experience in making presentations
  • Ability to influence others
  • Superior verbal and written communication
